Known as “106 acres of Heaven on Earth” in Dorchester County, come join ESLC at Abend Hafen Tree Farm, stewarded with the utmost care by Rick and Kathy Abend since 1972. This property exemplifies excellent forestry and wildlife management practices, attracting waterfowl, raptors, songbirds, shorebirds, and more! Bring your binoculars and/or cameras, and meet us at one of the wildlife viewing blinds.
The October 3rd event is part of the 3rd Annual Bird Conservation Series.
These events will discuss the organizations, programs, resources, research, and efforts that exist on the Eastern Shore that support the conservation of our resident and migratory bird species.
